List ticket boards
Every active board in the organization. No pagination — boards are few-per-tenant, the dashboard ships the whole list in one shot for the board switcher and we match that.
With include_statuses=true, each board carries its embedded statuses[] array with per-status ticket_count — useful when rendering the full kanban switcher. Skip when only the board picker name list is needed.
Archived statuses (archived_at IS NOT NULL) are not surfaced. The dashboard fetches them separately on the Archived columns screen.

successDistinct creators or assignees on a board
Paginated list of users involved with tickets on a board — used as the filter chip dropdown on the tickets surface. Two query modes:
?type=creators— DISTINCT users that have authored at least one ticket on this board.?type=assignees— DISTINCT users currently assigned to a ticket on this board (via theticket_assigneesjunction).

successList ticket templates
Paginated list of ticket templates for the organization. Optionally restrict to one board via board_id. Each template carries its fields[] array, plus the embedded board and default_status so the picker can render rich rows without follow-up lookups.
field_type is one of TEXT | NUMBER | DATE | LIST_OPTION | PRICE | PRODUCT. options is a JSON array used by LIST_OPTION fields; it is [] for the others.

successList organization users (full profile)
Org-scoped active human users. Distinct from /agents (which is the slim chat-filter dropdown shape) — this endpoint mirrors chatmo-dashboard /api/users and powers the ticket assignee picker, the @-mention list in comments, and any future team-members surface.
Only ACTIVE users surface — soft-deleted and SUSPENDED users are filtered out (same gate the dashboard uses).
