Paginated org-scoped contacts. This is the slim shape — mobile-pragmatic fields only (id, external_id, name, email, phone, avatar_url, status, timestamps). The dashboard /api/contacts ships a heavier enrichment (channels[], segments[], total_messages, last_interaction); this surface skips those because the create-order picker only needs name + phone to attach a customer.
