Passthrough to Biteship's POST /v1/rates/couriers. Returns shipping rates for a basket of items between origin and destination postal codes.

Uses a shared platform-wide API key — there is no per-tenant Biteship integration to manage. Read from Vault on every request so key rotations land without a restart.

Default courier shortlist (when couriers[] is empty): jne,jnt,sicepat,anteraja,ninja,lion,pos,tiki. Same shortlist as the dashboard's BiteshipClient.getDefaultCouriers().

The response shape matches chatmo-dashboard's ShippingRatesResult byte-for-byte — rates[] flat list sorted by price ASC, plus grouped_rates[] collated by courier_code. Services inside each group are sorted by price ASC; the groups themselves are sorted by courier_name.

Latitude / longitude on origin and destination are optional but improve rate accuracy for couriers that do area-based pricing.
