List products

GET

https://api.chatmo.io/v1/open-api

/ecommerce/products

Paginated list of org-scoped products. Used by the ticket-product picker (linking products to a ticket on creation / update) and the order-creation surface.

Pass is_active=true for the picker to filter out retired SKUs. price is a JSON number (decimal → float64) — matches the dashboard cart math. weight is grams, only meaningful for PHYSICAL.

Substring on name (ILIKE).

is_active

boolean

Filter by active flag. Default returns both — pass true for the picker.

product_type

Enum values:

page

integer · min: 1 · max: 500

1-indexed page number. Capped at 500 to bound deep-scan cost.

Default: 1

limit

integer · min: 1 · max: 100

Rows per page. Capped at 100.

Default: 50
