Aggregates the three above-the-fold widgets on the mobile home screen — plan + expiry, monthly-active-users counter, AI credits counter — into one response so the screen renders without staggered paints.

Organizations without a subscription row receive a FREE-plan fallback (code: FREE, status: ACTIVE, both limit: null). limit: null means unlimited — render an infinity glyph rather than 0.

Conversations bucketed by hour (range=day) or by day (range=week, range=month). Powers the line chart on the mobile home screen. Empty buckets are returned with total: 0 so the chart axis stays dense. label is pre-formatted server-side — "14 May" for daily buckets, "13:00" for hourly — so the client does not need locale logic on the axis.

Buckets are anchored on the server clock (Asia/Jakarta).

Per-agent total_assigned and total_resolved within the requested period. Rows are ordered total_resolved DESC, total_assigned DESC so the top performer surfaces first. Agents with zero activity in the period are excluded — the mobile card has limited real estate.

Window semantics are identical to /home/conversation-metrics.
