The Calls page is the record of every WhatsApp call across your team — answered, missed, or canceled. Use it to look back at what happened, find a specific call, or jump into the conversation behind it.
Find your way around
Tabs
Calls are grouped so you can focus on one kind at a time:

|---|---|
| All Calls | Everything. |
| Incoming | Inbound calls you answered. |
| Outgoing | Calls you made. |
| Missed | Inbound calls no one picked up. |
| Canceled | Calls canceled or rejected before they connected. |
Each tab carries a count so you can see the totals at a glance.
Search, sort, and filter
- Search by customer name or phone number.
- Sort by Newest (default), Oldest, Longest duration, or Shortest duration.
- Filter by date range, agent, or inbox. Active filters show as chips you can clear one by one.
- Export the list to a CSV file.
What each row shows
| Column | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Contact name + number, with a colored icon for direction (green incoming, blue outgoing, red missed). |
| Status | Completed, In progress, Ringing, Missed, Rejected, Canceled, Expired, or Failed. |
| Duration | Call length (— if there was none). |
| Agent | Who handled it. |
| Inbox | Which WhatsApp number it came through. |
| Time | When it happened (e.g. "5m ago", "2h ago", or a date). |
| Chat | A View Conversation link that opens the related chat. |
Click a row to open its full details — recording, transcript, and AI summary.
No calls yet? You'll see "When you make or receive WhatsApp calls, they will appear here." As soon as the first call happens, it shows up at the top.
