Every call leaves a record. Open it from the Calls page (or from the call bubble in a chat) and you get the full picture in one window: who it was, the recording, a transcript, and an AI summary.

The summary at the top
A soft card sums up the call:
- The call type — Outgoing call · Business initiated, for example — with the date, time, and a status badge (Completed, Missed, and so on).
- Four key facts: Duration, Agent, Number, and Inbox.
Recording
Below the summary is the recording, with a simple player:

- Play / pause and a seek bar to jump around.
- A â‹® menu with:
- Download — save the audio file.
- Playback speed — 0.5×, 0.75×, 1× (default), 1.25×, 1.5×, or 2×.
Just finished the call? You may briefly see "Recording is being processed…" while it's prepared. If a call had no audio, it shows "No recording available for this call."
Transcript
Switch to the Transcript tab to read the call as text. Each line is labeled by speaker — Agent on one side, Customer on the other — with a timestamp.

- Use the search box to find a word or phrase; matches are highlighted.
- Scroll to load more of a long call.
- Download the full transcript with the download link.
While the text is still being prepared you'll see "Transcript is being generated…".
AI Summary
The AI Summary tab gives you the gist of the call in a short write-up — handy when you don't have time to listen to the whole thing or skim the full transcript. If it's still being prepared, you'll see "Summary is being generated…".
The summary and transcript are generated automatically after the call ends. If you open a record right away, give them a moment to appear.
